pillsTo obtain a repeat prescription, post or hand in the repeat prescription computer printout, provided by your doctor at least 48 working hours before the prescription is required.

You can apply up to seven working days before the due date for your repeat prescription renewal. A repeat prescription box is available inside the main entrance to the surgery for use during normal working hours.

Please collect completed prescriptions from the reception desk.

Telephone requests are NOT accepted as they can lead to errors and may endanger patients’ health. In an emergency a small supply of your repeat medication will be provided if a telephone request is made and the doctor thinks the request is appropriate.

We are happy to receive and despatch prescriptions by post if a self addressed and stamped envelope is provided.
