Here are some tips to make the most of your appointment.
All our GP telephone and face-to-face appointments are 10-minute duration bookings.
Please kindly consider this when making an appointment.
We would prefer to manage one problem per appointment.
If you have more than one problem, then depending on the urgency and nature of the problem, you may be advised to book another appointment at a later date.
Please make a separate appointment for each family member – A maximum of three appointments is permitted at any one time, including for yourself. If you require additional appointments for family members these must be arranged at another time.
Patients with poor mobility
If you have issues with poor mobility, use a walking aid or wheelchair, or need to park your care, then please let our reception team know at the time booking your appointment so we can offer the appointment to accomodate your access needs.
We have disabled parking spaces in front of our main entrance and at the rear of our practice.
If you are late – you may not been seen. Please allow plenty of time when travelling to the Practice, and if driving for parking your car.
Zero tolerance – Please be respectful to other patients and staff when attending the Practice. Disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
