Order Your Repeat Prescription Online: Via Patient Access
Due to the Coronavirus situation, we are encouraging all our patients to order their repeat prescriptions online via one of the above links. If you have not already done so we are also asking all our patients to nominate a local pharmacy of their choice from where they can pick up their prescription medications going forward. When ordering your prescription online, can you please specify your nominated pharmacy. This will be recorded in our systems as your nominated pharmacy until you notify us of a change.
For those patients that do not have access to online facilities you can still post or drop in your repeat prescription at the surgery. A repeat prescription box is available inside the main entrance to the surgery for use when the surgery is open otherwise simply post your request through the letterbox. Please nominate a local pharmacy of your choice from where you can pick up your prescription medications going forward.
You can apply up to seven working days before the due date for your repeat prescription renewal. Telephone requests are NOT accepted as they can lead to errors and may endanger patients’ health. In an emergency a small supply of your repeat medication will be provided if a telephone request is made and the doctor thinks the request is appropriate.
We are happy to receive and despatch prescriptions by post if a self addressed and stamped envelope is provided.

From 1 April 2019, the charges are:
